At GoCombi, we strive to provide you with reliable and hassle-free transportation services. To ensure smooth operations and fair compensation for our drivers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Booking Requirements

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total fare.

Cancellation Timeline

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: The deposit will be forfeited, but no additional fees will apply.

  • Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of 25% of the deposit will apply.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will apply.

Refund Process

  • If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 3 business days and returned to the original payment method used for booking.
